The Whistler Boombox is a mobile bar and pro audio trailer for weddings and events. We gave it one clear position and built the systems to sell it.
The problem
When we took the Boombox over in late 2025, leads lived in inboxes, quotes changed from client to client, and nobody could see the pipeline at a glance.
What we built
- One clear position: the only mobile bar and pro audio trailer in the Sea to Sky, carried through every post and page.
- An Airtable CRM that sorts every contact into warm leads, active prospects and relationships to revive.
- One standard wedding package and payment schedule, so every quote reads the same.
- On-message social posts and partner outreach.
The result
- 5 events in the first season after the takeover, from a festival après party to a 100-guest property launch in Pemberton.
- Added as a preferred vendor at Wedge Mountain Lodge and Sunstone Golf Club.
- A summer 2027 wedding already booked.
